From day one, Falcon Spirit was seen through FHS hallways buy various groups at Foothill, from the Dance Team to the Football Team.

Inaugural Week
October 1999

The second week of October 1999, was the Inaugural Week activities, which included our first assembly, the Inaugural football game, and the Inaugural dance. An exciting moment was a 43-12 victory over Desert Pines at the Homecoming game.

Dedication Of Foothill High School
November 17th, 1999 - Theater

Parents, teachers, and students enjoyed the dedication of Foothill High School on November 17th, 1999. Mayor Jim Gibson and Mr.Bob Johns accepted the plaque on behalf of Foothill High School. The plaque completed the dedication ceremony and proclaimed our school a member of the Clark County School District.

Other Achievements

  • Dance Team placed first in Spirit Club International, Western State Grand Champions
  • Mock Trial Team qualified for State Champions
  • Active foreign language clubs held meetings, selected officers, raised funds, attended foreign language fairs, planned trips, and sponsored luncheons.
  • Our Varsity Cheer Team placed first WCA regionals.
  • Held parent recognition luncheon to acknowledge involvement.




Student Donations to FHS

The paintings were created by the art students to commemorate these exciting events in our school's first year. The paintings can be seen hanging with pride in the school's cafeteria.

yearbook based on StarWars and our first flight . The Graphic Design students storyboard, animated, edited video and recorded audio for this entertaining look
into U.S.S. Peregrine. Also added to the ships computers was an arcade of Flash games created by the students. Download this ZIP file which contains the entire CD that came with the yearbook and watch the rest of our adventures in space.
